Earn Qtel nojoom points

When you enrol in Nojoom, you will be allocated one of the three status levels; Nojoom Blue, Nojoom Silver or Nojoom Gold.
Once enrolled, you will earn Nojoom Points for all your spend on Qtel eligible services; these points can then be converted into rewards. Rewards include credit for SMS and Minutes on Shahry, Hala top-ups, Qatar Airways Qmiles, Cinema Tickets and vouchers that can be redeemed at partner outlets.
You can enrol by providing your Qatari ID and one of your GSM service number through the following channels:

• - Via the Qtel Website
• - Via the Qtel Mobile Self Service application on your mobile phone
• - Via the Qtel IVR on 111& 114
• - Via your mobile handset by dialing *139#
• - At a Qtel Self Service Machine

The Qatari ID and service number given should match Qtel's records, i.e. the service number provided should be one linked under the Qatari ID provided. If this is not the case, you will be given an error and will need to re-enter the number and/or Qatari ID.

• a) At the Nojoom Blue Status you will earn 1 Nojoom Point for every 1 Riyal spent on Qtel Services linked under your Qatari ID.
• b) At the Nojoom Silver Status you will earn 1.5 Nojoom Points for every 1 Riyal spent on Qtel Services linked under your Qatari ID.
• c) At the Nojoom Gold Status you will earn 2 Nojoom Points for every 1 Riyal spent on Qtel Services linked under your Qatari ID.
