Aljawal Push To Talk service

Push To Talk allows you to call an individual or a group of people with a click of a button.

Service Features

• Form up to 30 groups including 10 numbers each.
• Form, register in, or join a group.
• Press the Push To Talk button for 30 seconds and you’ll stay connected up to 30 seconds.
• Find out the status of the person you want to call before you make the call (for example: available, not available, busy).
• Get a list of missed calls.
• Leave your mobile phone on to make and receive calls anytime.
• Get a documented list of Push To Talk calls.
• Push To Talk is available anywhere within ALJAWAL’s network coverage.

Service Activation

You can activate the Push to Talk service in one of the following:

• Send an SMS with 3000 to 902.
• Call ALJAWAL Customer Care Center (902) and follow the instructions or talk to one of our customer service representatives.
• Send the quick menu code *902# and follow the instructions.
• Send PTT in an SMS to 2222 to set your mobile.

Service activation : Free

Monthly fees:

• For ALJAWAL customers, the monthly fee is SR 45 for unlimited calling.
• For SAWA customers, the monthly fee is SR 45 (SR 1.5 per day) for unlimited calling.

•  No extra charges for usage. Charges start upon activating the service.
