• Visit the nearest ALJAWAL Customer Care Center and fill in the relative application form.

SAWA customers can choose one of the following:

• 4 numbers within ALJAWAL network.
• 3 numbers within ALJAWAL network and 1 outside the network.
• 2 numbers within ALJAWAL network and 2 international.

Subscription

Call 1500 for activation and follow the instructions.

Service Features

• 25% discount for 5 ALJAWAL numbers or 4 SAWA numbers.
• You specify the 5 ALJAWAL numbers or 4 SAWA numbers.
• 25% discount as well as a discount on international call rates outside peak times.
• Changing the chosen numbers after the billing period for ALJAWAL customers and at the end of every month for SAWA customers.

The service costs SR 4 a month for ALJAWAL customers and is free for SAWA customers.
